Product:  CaseOne™
Company:  Softscape
Type:  Software
Description:  Softscape's CaseOne is an integrated case management system designed to support event-based case management. The web-based Internet application includes photo imaging, document scanning, e-mail, and faxes on a scale that will meet the requirements of states and major cities across the United States.

CaseOne collects and pools all shared data including criminal history information from court, jails, probation, bail, family, vendors, and various state agencies. The integrated client history database functions as a universal source of information. With a single source of consolidated data, departments and divisions have real-time access to data from multiple sources without barriers and limitations associated with proprietary and disparate local databases.

For the first time, authorized workers have access to comprehensive case histories developed by other workers over time. In addition to offenses the histories include case management details; prior incidents; program enrollments and outcomes; risk assessments; interventions, activities and outcomes; aliases; relationships: family, victims, cohorts, etc.

Softscape focuses on both definition and structure with CaseOne. As a result the system has the inherent ability to associate an individual with events. The system can also correctly identify whether the individual has a case pending or outstanding.
